Yoga with Alexandra Dutriaux #2



If you are feeling stressed, restless, or simply need a good stretch, yoga may be the answer for you! Alex will be teaching her 2nd Komune-ity yoga class here at Komune on 27th March, Tuesday. As Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation, it helps to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate!

About Alexandra

Alex is a French yoga lover, actively practicing Hatha yoga for 4 years and Ashtanga for one year. She is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour certified teacher. Alex is also certified in Yin yoga 50 hours from With-yinyoga, and Prenatal yoga from Mindful Birth Australia. This coming March, she will be certified in Postnatal yoga with Pranayoga KL.

Alex has been teaching Hatha yoga and partner yoga to beginners and more regular practitioners for one year at Chi Fitness BSC, regular classes in condos and private classes. She would like to share the benefits of yoga with her students and make them aware of their unique potential because everyone is different but yoga is for all!

For Komune members, kindly head to reception upon booking on Peatix to make upfront payment (cash only) to secure your slot. Cancellations and refunds will only be entertained 3 days prior to event date (23 March, Friday), last minute drop outs will not be refunded.
